Our department is responsible for the operation and further development of the group's building-centric applications with the aim of developing our portfolio to be future-proof, digital, and climate-neutral, ensuring technical management, and controlling the order and procurement process.
To achieve this, we continuously professionalize the underlying IT landscape. To strengthen our team, we are looking for you as Team Lead SAP Investment Management & Procurement (m/f/d).
Your Impact with Us:
In your role, you will take on a key position in the further development of our IT landscape around portfolio management, investment planning and control, and procurement. You will lead a team of experienced SAP consultants and developers and develop it strategically and professionally. In doing so, you will make a direct contribution to the scalability of our company – with a high degree of creative freedom, strong visibility within the company, and a tangible business impact.
Responsibilities
- You will lead a team of experienced SAP consultants and developers with a focus on EPPM, MM, and the customer's own namespace, as well as connected third-party systems, including in the BTP and Fiori environment.
- You will be responsible for deployment planning.
- You will design end-to-end processes for investments in SAP EPPM, from project idea to completion, from service description to procurement and approval.
- You will support architectural decisions in conjunction with adjacent SAP modules (MM, EAM/PM, FI/CO, PS) and evaluate new technologies and SAP standards regarding scalability and business benefit.
- You will be responsible for solutions and act as a sparring partner for stakeholders such as demand managers, business departments, and IT architecture, while enforcing and controlling IT development guidelines.
- You will translate functional requirements into IT processes and applications, taking into account the SAP standard architecture.
- You will always act as a technical pioneer – we rely on your ideas and suggestions to build our systems in a future-oriented manner. You are also welcome to join our team of SAP Lead Developers.
- Together with your team, you will ensure stable operations (2nd/3rd level).
Profile
- You have successfully completed a degree in (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
- You have practical experience in supporting SAP systems, ideally with knowledge in one of the following modules: EPPM, MM, PM. You have also had previous exposure to WebDynpro, SAP Fiori, or Lean Service.
- You have programming skills in ABAP, ABAP OO, WebDynpro, as well as relevant professional experience with custom developments (customizing) alongside the SAP standard.
- You have initial experience in leading employees or a strong interest in acquiring this.
- Expertise in the areas of investment management, portfolio management, project management, or procurement is a plus.
- You have a service mentality and present yourself confidently to various stakeholders – from operational employees to management.
- You are team-oriented and enjoy developing sustainable solutions together with other departments and IT colleagues, and developing yourself in new technologies and complex projects.
