Group Leader Accounting & Annual Closing (m|w|d)

Tasks:

• Responsible leadership and quality control of ongoing accounting for all companies in the Kamberi Group — operational GmbHs as well as real estate companies in GmbH & Co. KG structure
• Professional guidance and development of 2 team members in the accounting team
• Participation in annual closing accounts according to HGB for GmbHs and profit determinations for KG structures, in close coordination with the tax consultant and auditor
• Safeguarding correct value-added tax treatment across various industries (construction services §13b, gastronomy, rental, transport)
• Coordination and alignment of intercompany accounts within the company group
• Monthly reporting and liquidity management for the executive board
• Ongoing development and harmonization of accounting processes across all companies
• Payment processing, OP administration, VAT submissions, statistics reports

Qualification:

• Further education as a certified accountant (IHK) or equivalent qualification — absolutely required
• Experience with multiple accounting cycles simultaneously, ideally from a tax consulting firm or a company with a holding structure
• Knowledge of GmbH & Co. KG accounting is an advantage
• Safe handling of DATEV
• Hands-on mentality: You book yourself, delegate deliberately, and keep the overview
