Group Leader Quality Assurance (m/w/d) - JN420-13

We are looking for a successful company in the automotive supplier industry specializing in the production of plastic systems. As part of a re-staffing, we are seeking a Group Leader Quality Assurance (m/w/d) for a location in East Frisia.

Tasks

• Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung der Mitarbeiter im Bereich Qualitätssicherung
• Quality technical leadership of new projects for the development of new components
• Steuerung und Koordination qualitätsrelevanter Aufgaben in interdisziplinären Teams
• Sicherstellung der vereinbarten Qualitätsziele sowie regelmäßige Berichterstattung zur Qualitätssituation
• Nachweis und Bewertung der Wirksamkeit des angewandten Qualitätsmanagementsystems
• Einleitung, Überwachung und Verifizierung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugungsmaßnahmen bei Produkt-, Prozess- und Systemabweichungen
• Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von System-, Prozess- und Produktaudits
• Enge Zusammenarbeit und direkter Kontakt mit Kunden, Lieferanten sowie internen Fachabteilungen
• Aktive Mitarbeit in Projekten mit Schwerpunkt Qualitätssicherung

Qualification

• Completed technical studies, further education as a technician or master or comparable qualification
• Multiple years of experience in quality management in the automotive supplier industry
• Experience in leading employees
• Qualification as DGQ Auditor and/or Quality Manager
• Fundamental knowledge of quality methods and processes (e.g. 8D, FMEA, APQP, PPAP, KVP/CIP, Statistics, DOE, Ishikawa)
• Safe handling with MS Office, SAP, and common customer portals
• Good English skills in writing and speaking
