Group Leader Quality Automotive (m/w/d) - JN420-08

We are looking for an experienced leader to fill a vacancy at our client's company, a successful automotive supplier specializing in the production of plastic systems. The location is in the metropolitan region of Bremen-Oldenburg.

Tasks

• Leadership and development of employees in the quality assurance and customer service department
• Coaching in APQP, PPAP, and 8D methods
• Capacity planning and assignment of employees to projects
• Ensuring compliance with APQP processes, Automotive Core Tools, and customer-specific requirements
• Release of PPAP scopes and first-article inspection reports
• Maintenance of customer portals (complaints, samples, supplier evaluations)
• Analysis of customer KPIs and initiation of improvement measures
• Representation of the company at the customer's site and coordination of quality-related issues
• Participation in fault analysis and warranty processing

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field, or equivalent
• Multiple years of experience in quality management in the automotive supplier industry
• Experience in leading employees
• In-depth knowledge of APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and 8D
• Experience with customer portals and processing warranty claims
• Prompt English skills in writing and speaking
• Sure appearance at customer and supplier visits, negotiation skills
• Responsibility, hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel
• Good user knowledge of MS Office and experience with ERP systems
