Head of Department (m/f/d) Trade Fairs and Exhibitions

• Professional leadership and further development of the team for the Trade Fairs & Exhibitions department
• Responsibility for the planning, management, and successful implementation of national and international trade fair and exhibition projects
• Ensuring compliance with quality, deadline, and budget specifications across all projects
• Strategic further development of the Rittal Live Brand Experience and the trade fair and showroom portfolio
• Budget planning and resource management in close cooperation with relevant stakeholders
• Definition, analysis, and further development of relevant KPIs for success measurement and optimization of trade fair activities
• Management of external service providers and participation in interdepartmental and strategic projects

• Successfully completed vocational training or a degree with a focus on trade fair, event, or event management, marketing, or a comparable field
• Several years of professional experience in trade fair, exhibition, event, or project management
• Initial experience in leading and developing employees
• Strong project management skills and experience in managing complex projects
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• High organizational, communication, and assertiveness skills as well as entrepreneurial thinking
• Independent, structured way of working and a pronounced hands-on mentality
