Team Leader Loans - Loan Agreements / Financing (m/f/d)

Tasks

• You will take responsibility for and manage the activities for a risk-adjusted, standardized, and highly efficient processing of complex/specialized engagements in new and existing business and ensure the proper implementation of regulatory and internal requirements
• You will professionally manage application processing in line with our service objectives
• You will be responsible for and empower employees to develop, coordinate, and create individual loan and collateral agreements, including complex contractual arrangements such as consortium agreements
• You will coordinate closely with credit analysis, legal & compliance, financing partners, and customer advisory services, especially for consortium financing
• You will coach junior staff, trainees, and new employees and participate in cross-departmental and strategic topics

Profile

• You have completed banking training and subsequent advanced further education
• You have many years of experience in credit business and possess in-depth knowledge of credit processes as well as enjoyment in optimizing processes towards the savings bank standard
• You have strong decision-making skills combined with a high sense of responsibility, a structured and solution-oriented approach to work, and a strong affinity for process and digitalization topics
• You have very good communication skills and strong networking competence
