Remote (Bangalore in future) Affluense.ai is an AI-powered affluent intelligence platform helping businesses identify, research, and engage high-value customers. We work with leading wealth and financial firms and are backed by Zeropearl VC, Kunal Shah (CRED), and Pravin Jadhav (Dhan). We’re looking for a Growth & Partnerships Lead to help us scale faster by building meaningful distribution and strategic partnerships. What You’ll Own Identify, build, and close strategic partnerships that unlock new revenue streams and drive growth for Affluense.ai. Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, investors, and industry experts. Collaborate with the product team to develop a pipeline of high-value customers. Identify and prioritize opportunities to expand our footprint in new markets. What You’ll Bring 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or a related field. Proven track record of building and closing strategic partnerships that drive growth. Strong understanding of the financial services industry and its key players. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
