Western Cape (WC) What You’ll Do: Key Account Management Manage and grow relationships with key group clients headquartered in Gauteng. Serve as the primary point of contact for these clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive exceptional service. Develop and execute customized strategies to drive growth and increase revenue for our key accounts. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and product teams, to ensure alignment and maximize opportunities. Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities within existing client relationships. Foster strong relationships with clients through regular communication, site visits, and proactive issue resolution. What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., hospitality, business administration, or a related field). 3-5 years of experience in key account management, sales, or a related field. Proven track record of driving growth and increasing revenue through strategic client relationships. Strong understanding of the hospitality industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
