Growth & Operations Manager (m/w/d)

SafeDriver ennoo is a general contractor for the world's largest ride-hailing provider. At our Berlin location, we are standing before the next scaling stage: the expansion of our fleet from currently 50 to 200 vehicles – connected with significant personnel growth.

We are looking for you as Growth & Operations Manager (m/w/d). You will take on a central role in building, scaling, and operational management of our business – with full responsibility for the areas Fleet, People, and Compliance.

Aufgaben

You are the driver of our growth and responsible for the structured expansion of our Berlin location:

Operations & Growth

• You plan and steer the expansion of our fleet from 50 to 200 vehicles
• You develop scalable structures, processes, and standards for further growth
• You analyze KPIs, recognize optimization potential, and lead concrete measures
• You are responsible for operational performance and ensure a smooth operation

Fleet Management

• You are responsible for the entire fleet – from deployment to maintenance
• You coordinate vehicle disposition, workshop processes, and availability
• You ensure that our vehicles are always ready for use and efficiently used

People Management

• You build our driver structure actively and develop it further
• You lead, steer, and develop our drivers as well as operational teams
• You establish feedback, performance, and incentive structures
• You work closely with HR in recruiting and onboarding new drivers

Compliance

• You ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements (including PBefG)
• You are responsible for all relevant permits, documentation, and audit processes
• You develop structures to ensure compliance is sustainable and scalable

Qualifikation

• Multiple years of experience in operations, growth, logistics or mobility – ideally in a scaling environment
• Experience in building and scaling operational structures
• Strong hands-on mentality combined with strategic thinking
• Analytical skills and safe handling of KPIs and performance management
• Leadership experience as well as excellent communication strength
• Ideal knowledge of the regulatory environment (e.g. PBefG)
