Growth marketing work placement

Dealpad is software for sales teams to align with their buyers. We are launching an AI Assistant that completes all of the administrative tasks a sales person does following each sales call.

This role, initially on a work-placement basis, would be ideally suited to a under or post graduate looking to gain real-world experience. By the way, we've hired the last 3 people that did work placements with us, so if you're great and you love working with us, a full-time role is an option.

The role

We'd like you to run marketing experiments to optimise inbound lead generation and user sign ups. Primarily you will;

1. Use data and research to find the best channels and places we need to be visible on, reach out and get us listed/linked so we show up in AI engine results like ChatGPT and Perplexity
2. Build and execute an outreach strategy to bring ideal customer targets to our website and then optimise the website flow to increase conversions from web visitor to paid user.
3. The role is fully remote with access to an working space in London if needed.
   
   We'd love you to have;
   1. Crazy curiosity - ask tons of questions, always want to learn, believe there is a better way and find that way, never accept average
   2. Be data-driven - take data and make it work hard for us. Use data to make better decisions and optimise how activity is performing
   3. AI know-how - understand the AI space and how we can adopt AI to drive marketing growth. Proficiency with ChatGPT and Perplexity and how we can leverage these channels for marketing will be a massive plus. 4. Design creation - if you have, or can learn quickly, skills to create content, design ads and navigate content channels like Reddit, we'll love you even more.
