Your role

You will take on the responsibility of driving our growth as Growth Marketing Managerin. Not just a little social media, but really:

How do we grow faster, better, and sustainably?

You make data-based decisions and prioritize measures that have the greatest impact on revenue and growth. You steer our launches, think in funnels, analyze numbers, and ensure that interest becomes real Bootcamp participants and our community grows.

In short:

You are the person who really brings marketing forward for us.

Tasks

What you'll do here

• You will be responsible for our launches – from planning to follow-up
• You will develop and optimize our lead generation (Ads, Content, Funnel)
• You will be responsible for our paid ads (Meta) including budget management and performance
• You will work on our conversion
• You will develop our content and CRM strategy further
• You will analyze performance (CPL, Show-up, Conversion, CAC etc.)
• You will draw clear learnings – and implement them immediately
• You will use KI-Tools to analyze faster, test, and make decisions
• You will work closely with our small women's power team
• You will be responsible for all our texts in German

Qualification

What you bring

• 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Growth / Funnel Marketing
• You think in numbers, but also in psychology
• You quickly recognize where something isn't working in the funnel
• You work independently and structured
