We are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (w/m/d) specialized on Meta Ads, who not only steers campaigns but thinks growth anew – with focus on Push-Marketing, AI and true strategic responsibility.

Aufgaben

Pull-Marketing-Owner. You are responsible for the performance of our customers in the Paid-Social-Bereich (META, TikTok).

Strategy instead of just Set-up. Development and implementation of comprehensive growth strategies.

Ai-Integration. Together with our AI Engineer, you develop new approaches – from campaigns to post-click experience.

End-to-End Thinking. You optimize not only up to the click, but think conversion, funnel and customer journey consistently further.

Customer Leadership. You are a strategic point of contact and drive the success of your accounts actively forward.

Data-driven. Analyze, interpret and derive concrete measures for scaling.

Creative Impact. Close cooperation with the Creative-Team to performance-enhance in the Push-Bereich.

Qualification

Ai & Tools. You have fundamental experience with AI-Tools – particularly Claude co-work/Code, openclaw or similar tools.

Pull-Marketing-Focus. Deep knowledge in META- and TikTok-Ads – you think beyond pure campaign management.

Strategic Thinking. You understand marketing holistically and lead clear measures from data.

Hands-on Mentality. Operational excellence and strategic view go hand in hand for you.

Ownership. You take responsibility for budgets, performance and customer development.

Analytical Strength. Numbers are not just reporting purposes but decision-making basis for you.

Communication. Clear, direct and on eye-level – internally as well as externally.

Language. Excellent German language skills (min. C1).

Mindset. Open, proactive and with a view to the bigger picture.

Nice to have. Experience in building landing pages (e.g., with AI) and cooperation with technical teams.
