Growth Marketing Manager - South East Asia

As we continue to grow, we're looking for Growth Marketing Managers with a focus on the South-east Asia region. This role is pivotal in driving our growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase our transaction volume in these key markets.

As a Growth Marketing Manager at Wise, you will:

• Drive growth initiatives and country level marketing strategies, ensuring significant market penetration and user acquisition.
• Organize and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns, coordinating closely with internal teams and external partners to maximize reach and impact.
• Lead product launches in the region, tailoring strategies to meet local needs and preferences.
• Collaborate closely with paid channels to identify new channels to test and scale successful tactics, optimizing for cost-effective customer acquisition.
• Collaborate with local partners, including travel agencies, platforms, and expat groups, to explore innovative avenues for transaction volume growth.
• Work closely with the Organic Social and Influencer marketing teams to drive a strong online presence, and increase our brand presence in the market.
• Work closely with the analytics team to monitor campaign performance, generate insights, and produce comprehensive reports to guide future strategies.
