Growth Marketing Manager

We're hiring a Marketing & Growth Manager. Redwood designs experiential learning journeys for students — programs that take learning out of the classroom and into the real world. Over the last 4 years we've grown into one of India's leading experiential learning companies, with over 750 journeys, 50 partner schools, and 30,000 students having travelled with us! We've spent those years making the experience exceptional. We've spent far less building the engine around it — how we reach new audiences, grow our brand, and drive revenue. As a Growth Marketing Manager at Redwood, you'll be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive growth, engagement, and conversion. This includes but is not limited to: Developing and implementing marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, paid advertising) Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, sales, customer success) to align marketing efforts with business objectives Identifying and capitalizing on new opportunities for growth and expansion Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including partners, customers, and influencers.
