Growth Marketing Manager (Performance) (m/f/d)

HealthTech Ventures GmbH develops and scales innovative digital health offerings and D2C brands. With the relaunch of Prio One, the brand is currently being further developed into a holistic platform for women's health, making medical solutions and digital consulting services more accessible for different life stages. In the course of this strategic further development, Prio One and HealthTech Ventures are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager – Performance, who will be responsible for data-driven customer acquisition, specifically develop performance channels, and actively help shape the expansion of the marketing department.

Responsibilities

You will further develop Prio One's performance marketing and drive data-based new customer acquisition.

• Management of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and external partners
• Analysis of key KPIs and derivation of optimizations
• Building and optimizing funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys
• Briefing and quality assurance of creatives
• Conducting A/B tests
• Collaboration with e-commerce, SEO, influencer marketing, and design
• Use of AI tools for automating marketing processes

Qualifications

You combine performance marketing experience with analytical thinking, creativity, and personal responsibility.

• Experience in performance marketing and campaign management
• Proficient in KPIs, funnels, and conversion optimization
• Analytical working style and an intuition for high-performing content
• Independent, pragmatic working style with high ownership
• Proficient in modern AI tools
• Proficient German language skills
• Knowledge of Shopify, tracking, or Health/FemTech is an advantage
