Aufgaben

The employee will be employed as Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d) and is responsible for planning, implementing, controlling, and continuously optimizing all marketing and growth measures of FITYES GmbH.

The goal of the task is to sustainably increase brand awareness, gain new members, generate qualified franchise applicants, and support company growth.

The tasks of the employee include especially:

• Development, planning, and implementation of marketing, communication, and growth strategies
• Concept, creation, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns over digital and classical channels
• Creation, editing, and publication of photo, video, graphic, and social media content
• Development and implementation of advertisements, funnels, landing pages, and lead generation measures
• Analysis, evaluation, and optimization of relevant marketing key figures and campaign results
• Planning and execution of A/B tests as well as data-driven optimization measures
• Maintenance, care, and further development of all social media channels of the employer
• Support in building and developing the FITYES brand as well as other company projects
• Development and implementation of content marketing, email marketing, and community building measures
• Creation of presentations, advertising materials, sales documents, and other marketing materials
• Accompaniment, documentation, and marketing of studio openings, events, trade fairs, and company projects
• Collaboration with external agencies, service providers, influencers, photographers, videographers, and cooperation partners
• Use, implementation, and further development of KI-based marketing, automation, and analysis processes
• Execution of market, competition, and target group analyses
• Creation of regular reports, analyses, and recommendations for the management board
• Management and optimization of marketing budgets in coordination with the management board
• Execution of further tasks that correspond to the job profile of a Growth Marketing Manager
• Maintenance of partners during the opening process

Qualifikation

• Experience as Videographer, Video Editor or Content Creator
• Familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut or comparable software
• Sense for storytelling, social media, and current trends
• Structured and independent working style
• Creativity and love for detail
• German or English language skills are an advantage
