• Controlled scaling of paid campaigns based on CAC, AOV & CLV
• Structured tests of creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages including budget allocation with clear caps
• Building and further development of CRM flows with a focus on segmentation and CLV
• Monthly performance reporting including clear insights and recommendations for action
• KPI framework & control logic (Median CLV vs Ø CLV, Repeat Rate, CAC Payback)
• Mit-ownership for Shopify performance (Conversion, Landing Pages, Tracking)
• Closely working together in the team to prioritize and quickly implement the most important growth projects

Qualifikation

• Experience in E-commerce / D2C Growth (Paid + CRM ideal)
