with social media services, GEO, market research, strategy, events, e-commerce and extensive in-house software solutions.
We are currently transforming the agency into an Agency as a Software concept with the goal of scaling to become the most relevant AI-enabled agency in Europe.

Tasks

• Responsibility for the development and implementation of marswalk marketing
• Building, optimizing and scaling multichannel B2B marketing
• Setting up and implementing an agile strategy for generating inbound customers
• Tracking, analysis and reporting of relevant KPIs (e.g. ROAS, CAC, LTV)
• Collaboration with product, sales and customer success teams for continuous optimization of the customer journey
• Building automation and lead nurturing processes
• Creating and coordinating content, alone or with the support of the video team
• Problem-solving and constant improvement

Qualification

• Sound experience in performance marketing and growth management
• Practical experience in creating and optimizing funnels
• Analytical skills for deriving measures from performance data
• Experience in scaling marketing activities
• Independent, structured way of working and ability to take responsibility for results
• Desirable: Experience in the SaaS sector or B2B sector
