The way we search online is changing rapidly. You will significantly contribute to how well Crewmeister is found in AI answers from ChatGPT, AI Overviews, or Gemini. This is decided not only on our own website but also on comparison portals, in trade media, YouTube videos, review platforms, and forums.

As a Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d) in full-time employment, you will drive our AI Visibility by generating growth through relevant content, strategic cooperations, and targeted articles in trade media.

Your Impact (Tasks)

• Scale GEO Strategy: Ensure sustainable AI visibility and relevant mentions in AI answers.
• Create High-Quality Content: Develop compelling landing pages, magazine articles, customer cases, technical articles, and YouTube videos optimized for AI indexing.
• Expand Presence on External Platforms: Build partnerships with relevant websites, blogs, review platforms, and comparison portals.
• Targeted PR Work and Advertorials: Actively approach suitable online trade media, print trade magazines, and editorial teams, ensuring relevant brand mentions and quotable online content.
• Strengthen Brand Reputation: Monitor the perception of our brand and optimize our position on relevant review platforms.
• Take Editorial Ownership: Manage AI workflows with critical thinking, a high standard of quality, and concise & targeted output.
• Creator Cooperations, Video Projects: Identify suitable B2B creators and YouTubers, approach them directly, negotiate cooperations & accompany them until launch.
• Step in Front of the Camera: Develop exciting video content and interviews, and be happy to be in front of the camera yourself.
• Manage Cross-Channel Projects: Independently organize marketing campaigns and customer initiatives/cases.
• Utilize Data & Tools: Evaluate our AI Visibility with tools like Rankscale, test new approaches, and identify additional growth potentials.

What You Bring (Qualifications)

Professional Experience & Skills

• 3+ Years of Relevant Experience: You have practical experience in marketing, growth marketing, content marketing, PR, or communications.
• Outreach Experience: You have already worked with PR pitches, publisher partnerships, or creator collaborations.
• GEO Understanding: You know the basics of GEO and understand how AI search engines find information and use it as sources.
• Tools & Analytics: You are familiar with visibility metrics and common analysis tools or are motivated to learn them and continuously deepen your knowledge. Working with content management systems is also part of your daily routine.
• AI Affinity: You are enthusiastic about artificial intelligence and enjoy using it daily to achieve better results faster.
• Languages: Native-level German (C2) and fluent Business English.
