Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As pioneers in the industry, we revolutionize the notarization process and enable our customers to authenticate their documents in just a few clicks – without bureaucracy and long waiting times.

We are now looking for a dynamic team member to fill the position of Growth Marketing Manager (m/f/d). You will work directly with the founders on growth, marketing operations, and revenue-driving initiatives and take full responsibility for our marketing and growth engine.

Tasks

• Solely responsible conception and steering of performance-marketing campaigns across all relevant channels
• BUILDUP and further development of our funnel-tracking-, attribution-, and reporting-setups
• Analyze funnel metrics, cohorts, and conversion drivers – and derive concrete optimizations
• Strategically build up lead generation (e.g. LinkedIn, paid, organic)
• Ownership for our CRM setup (HubSpot) including lifecycle stages, segmentation, and reporting
• BUILDUP and operation of automation workflows (e.g. Make)
• Create dashboards, reports, and decision materials for founders and stakeholders
• Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and eliminate them
• Mid-term: BUILDUP and leadership of a growth team

Qualification

• 2-4+ years of experience in performance marketing, growth, or marketing operations – ideally in the startup environment
• Demonstrable success in performance marketing and growth projects
• In-depth experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
• Safe handling of automation tools (Make, Zapier, etc.)
• Experience with lead-generation platforms (LinkedIn, etc.)
• Background in business, economics, marketing, or related fields
• Experience in building or leading small teams is an advantage
