Growth Marketing Manager

We are growing strongly – organically, community-driven, and with a clear vision: Deputy Department to become an international brand with scalable, data-driven E-Commerce setup in the next years.

To achieve this, we are looking for an experienced Growth & Performance Marketing Manager from February 2026, who will build, lead, and scale our Paid- and CRM-Structure from scratch.

Tasks

You will be responsible for all Paid- and Retention-Channels at Deputy Department.

This means: you will analyze, plan, steer, and scale our Performance-Systems – from Paid Social over E-Mail-Flows to Creative-Feedback-Loops.

In concrete terms:

• You will develop our Paid-Media-Strategy (Meta, TikTok, Google, possibly Pinterest) and implement it together with our team.
• You will manage and evaluate agencies or freelancers, build internal structures for sustainable scaling at the same time.
• You will develop Creative-Briefings, work closely with our Creative-Team on Ad-Formats, Hooks, and Testing-Structures.
• You will be responsible for our E-Mail- and CRM-Flows (Klaviyo), build automations and segmentations.
• You will establish a Performance-Reporting system, understand MER, CAC, LTV, and can make data-based decisions.
• You will plan, lead, and develop the growing Growth-Team.

Qualification

• 5+ years of experience in Performance- or Growth-Marketing (ideally DTC, Fashion, Lifestyle, or E-Commerce).
• Demonstrable successes in scaling Paid-Channels with significant budgets.
• Deep understanding of Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Klaviyo, GA4, and Creative-Testing-Prozesses.
• Strategic thinking with hands-on mentality – you can build structures and still take action operationally when needed.
• Analytically strong, but with a sense for aesthetics, brand, and culture.
• Communications-strong, independent, and responsible.
