Growth Marketing Manager B2C

You will build the entire B2C funnel of a health app. Hybrid from all over Germany, with one week per month in Leipzig. Competitive salary plus participation. With a clear path to a leadership role.

Aufgaben

• You make social media our strongest growth channel. You develop formats that really reach our target audience and edit the videos yourself initially. Once the formats are in place, you'll build support for them.
• You build influencer collaborations that fit people with bruxism and CMD.
• You make cost coverage by statutory health insurance a strong conversion lever and design the path from installation to subsidized self-therapy as smooth as possible.
• You are responsible for app store optimization and landing pages and optimize them continuously for more installations and more paying users.
• You steer paid advertising on Google Ads and Apple Search Ads leanly with our agency, set budget and direction, and scale what brings paying users.

Qualifikation

• Proven success in B2C marketing, with a clear focus on mobile apps (subscription models) or the healthtech/digital health sector.
• Full-funnel understanding: You think in app store KPIs like CAC, CVR (impression to download/download to trial), and retention, but also have an extremely good sense for creative content and target group psychology.
• Experience in building influencer campaigns and managing relationships with creators who possess credibility in the health sector.
• Hands-on mentality for the startup phase: You're not afraid to edit videos yourself initially, but think long-term in scalable processes and systems.
• Very good German language skills, high self-responsibility, and enthusiasm for building a real healthtech startup from the pre-seed phase onwards.

Nice to have:

• You understand how cost coverage by statutory health insurance (ZPP-certified prevention offers) works.
• Experience in marketing a consumer or health app.
