Growth Marketing Manager

Job Title: Growth Manager Location: Gurugram, India About the Role We’re looking for a full-stack marketeer who can turn chaos into clarity and ideas into impact. As a Growth Manager, you will own the end-to-end online acquisition funnel for Airtel’s digital businesses from proposition and creative communication to journey design, cohorting, and insighting. You will sit at the intersection of brand, consumer insights, product, CLM, engineering, and app teams, driving growth experiments that move the needle on our key performance indicators. Your responsibilities will include developing a deep understanding of Airtel’s digital businesses, identifying opportunities for growth, designing and executing campaigns to drive user acquisition and retention, analyzing results, and iterating based on insights. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, leveraging data-driven insights to inform creative direction and messaging.
