Growth Marketing Coordinator

Role: Growth Marketing Coordinator Hours: Monday through Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (GMT-5) Hourly Wage: $8 - $10 (based on experience) We’re looking for a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator with hands-on Klaviyo experience to manage and execute email, SMS, and push marketing campaigns. You’ll play a key role in driving customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth through well-planned and data-driven marketing initiatives. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with creative, marketing teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive business results. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing marketing campaigns across email, SMS, and push channels • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and customer engagement • Utilizing Klaviyo to manage and execute marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and push marketing • Developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and internal teams • Providing exceptional customer service and support to customers and internal teams • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of marketing campaigns, including metrics and results • Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to team discussions and decision-making • Staying organized and prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals • Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion • Working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities and deadlines • Maintaining a positive and professional attitude, even in high-pressure situations • Participating in training and professional development opportunities to stay current with industry trends and best practices • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, integrity, and ethics in all interactions and decision-making.
