Growth Marketer (m/f/d)

You develop and execute together with me (Head of Growth) the growth funnel from mika: Demand Gen to Lifecycle, cross-channel, largely built with AI. We set the strategic direction together, and you implement it with support.

This is not a classical performance role. We are looking for a true T-shaped Generalist*in who can think and implement from Content to Conversion, mostly using AI.

The position can be filled in Berlin or Cologne.

Aufgaben

What you do here

• Funnel end-to-end think and build. From Demand Gen and Awareness over Conversion-Strecken to Lifecycle-Marketing and Retention, you see the entire customer path, own it, and iterate it.
• Conversion-Strecken define and implement with AI. Landingpages, Lead-Flows, Nurture-Sequenzen. You prototype yourself using tools like Cursor, Framer/Webflow, and LLM-APIs, instead of waiting for external implementation.
• Performance-Channels steer. Paid Social, Paid Search, SEO, Partnerships/Affiliate. You decide (with me) where the next euro should go, and execute it.
• Partnerships and Affiliate build. Integrationspartner, Multiplikator*innen, targeted cooperations, Affiliate-Setup from program to tracking.
• Growth-Prozesse automate with AI. Zapier, Make, n8n plus LLM-APIs — you build smart automations and systems: Reportings, Lead-Scoring, Content-Ops, Retargeting-Triggers, Sales-Handoffs.
• Core-Copy write. Conversion-relevant texts you write yourself. You use AI as a tool, but the judgment on tone, hook, and clarity lies with you. Longform-Content (Blog, Whitepaper, Cases) and organic Social briefs and reviews you thoroughly.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• 3–5 years experience in cross-channel growth or marketing, ideally in the context of complex products
• Strong analytical skills. You think in funnel KPIs, build your own dashboards, make data-informed decisions instead of relying on gut feeling.
• Ai-experienced. You have already built functioning AI projects or flows in your job or privately. No coding background required, but a willingness to build.
• Eigenverantwortlich and organized. You don't need detailed briefings; you structure your work yourself.
• Communicative strong. German on C2 level, English fluently. You write clearly, present precisely, speak with founders, developers, and customers alike.
• Work location Berlin or Cologne. Hybrid working is possible; we'll set the framework together.
• Travel readiness. For team meetings, events, and partner meetings, you travel in consultation.

If you want to manage a performance niche in an established team, we're not the right place. If you want to deepen your expertise in a specialist role for the next two years, also not. This role is for someone who thinks broadly, builds themselves, and wants to establish a function.
