Growth Manager (m/w/d)

In the Online Coaching Consulting area, we help (fitness-)coaches build their business strategically from positioning to social media and scalable customer acquisition strategies.

As a Growth Manager, you are the central interface between our agency and our coaching clients. You support existing coaches, win new ones, and ensure that every coach can fully develop their potential.

Tasks

• You support our coaching clients as a permanent point of contact and build long-term, trusting relationships.
• You identify new potential coaches, actively write to them, and convince them of our collaboration.
• You work together with the coaches on building their business: positioning, offer strategy, and growth paths.
• You plan social media content for the supported coaches and implement content strategies.
• You develop and test alternative lead funnels (e.g. ManyChat, newsletter) and optimize existing acquisition processes.
• You keep operations structured, ensure regular check-ins, and keep all relevant information up-to-date.

Qualification

• You have a genuine talent for selling: you convince authentically, connect with people, and close deals.
• You are fit on social media – particularly Instagram – and understand how content and community building work.
• You bring an affinity to the fitness industry.
• You are structured, reliable, and keep track even when dealing with multiple clients at once.
• You can communicate clearly and professionally – both in writing and orally – and are a pleasant point of contact.
• Ideal would be experience with lead funnel tools like ManyChat or email marketing/newsletter.
• You work independently, bring your own ideas, and don't wait for someone to tell you what to do.
