For over 30 years, LohnDialog has been taking care of payroll and salary calculations nationwide for companies and law firms. With our expertise and in collaboration with our sister company Goldstein Softwaresysteme, we combine professional remuneration calculation with innovative software solutions.

To strategically and operationally develop our sales and marketing department, we are looking for an experienced leadership personality who builds structures, professionalizes processes, and actively drives the growth of our company forward.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• You will take over the professional and disciplinary leadership, development, and control of our 5-member sales and marketing team.
• You are responsible for developing and implementing an integrated sales and marketing strategy in the payroll field with a focus on winning new customers from medium-sized companies and selling our software solutions.
• Planning, controlling, and monitoring all sales, marketing, and customer retention activities, including budget responsibility.
• You will analyze market, customer, and competitive data to identify growth potential and develop our products and pricing structures further.
• Optimization of internal processes through the initiation and control of projects for digitalization and automation in the sales and marketing area.
• BUILDING AND MAINTAINING STRATEGIC CUSTOMER AND PARTNER RELATIONSHIPS AND REPRESENTING THE COMPANY AT RELEVANT EVENTS AND NETWORK MEETINGS.

Qualifikation

Your profile

• You hold a completed degree in business administration, marketing, sales or a comparable qualification.
• You have several years of professional experience in the field of sales and marketing, ideally in the payroll or software sales sector.
• You have experience leading a team and are a hands-on leadership personality who also supports operations.
• You possess an analytical and self-reliant working style with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.
• You have a secure appearance and communication skills on German and English - networking is second nature to you.
