Job description
We are relyon – a growing system integrator with over 50 specialists, helping companies simplify their processes radically. Our mission: eliminate manual work, intelligently connect systems, and apply AI where it creates real added value.
What sets us apart
- We are building a modern revenue organization that connects growth, sales, and customer success into a cohesive unit
- Our goal: sustainable, data-driven growth – with clear processes and bold ideas
- We believe in ownership: you are responsible for your topics end-to-end
Aufgaben
What awaits you
Acquisition & Performance
- Development, implementation, and scaling of performance campaigns (LinkedIn, Google, Meta)
- Ongoing optimization of budgets, creatives, and target groups – with a focus on measurable pipeline
Funnel & Conversion Optimization
- Conversion optimization along the funnel through A/B tests and data-based experiments
- Systematic hypothesis testing: test, learn, scale
Data & Analytics
- Analysis and reporting of funnel and campaign data (HubSpot, GA4, Looker Studio)
- Clean tracking & conversion measurement as a basis for decisions
Revenue Team Collaboration
- Tight collaboration with account executives to improve lead quality
- Ongoing identification of new growth opportunities and channel potential
A typical project
Our performance campaigns deliver leads – but the conversion from click to qualified sales term is not predictable. You audit tracking & funnel, set up an experiment setup on (GA4/HubSpot), define hypotheses, and test new landing pages & messaging. After 4 weeks, a reproducible funnel stands: higher lead quality, clear CPA/CAC transparency, better handover to Sales.
Qualifikation
Must-have:
- 3+ years of experience in B2B or SaaS growth/performance
- In-depth knowledge of funnel analytics, paid ads, and conversion tracking
- High numerical affinity, analytical thinking, and structured working style
- Experience with tools like HubSpot, Google Ads, GA4 (and ideally automation like Zapier)
Nice-to-have:
- Experience with Looker Studio / Dashboards and KPI frameworks
- Experience in the interplay of marketing, sales, and RevOps (lead definitions, handover, SLAs)
- Praxis in experiment design, attribution logics, and data quality
Mindset:
- You want to take responsibility, see results, and shape them
- You love experiments and make decisions based on data
- You think in end-to-end processes – not in channel silos
Benefits
Benefits
- Compensation – Attractive basic salary + regular chance for performance bonuses
- Flexibility – Hybrid working possible, flexible working hours
- Development – Various development and certification opportunities with a lot of freedom
- Workplace – Height-adjustable desk, ergonomic office chair, 2 external monitors, docking station

Your way to us

- Follow-up & Practical Task (60 min) – Professional exchange + mini-case with the department head
