About the Position

We are looking for someone who will grow our Shopify shop growth-oriented – with focus on Conversion, A/B-Testing, SEO, Automatisations and KI-based processes.

Fast responsibility takeover and direct influence on the growth of the company including.

Your Mission

You are responsible for ensuring that our Shopify shop does not just look good, but measurably grows: more Conversion, more Revenue, efficient processes – and that with smart Automations and KI.

Tasks

Your Tasks

• Ownership for the Shopify shop: Performance, Conversion, Content, Structure
• Optimization of the Customer Journey (Product pages, Collections, Landing pages, Checkout flow)
• Bauing a Testing Routine: A/B-Tests, Hypotheses, Learnings, Iterations
• Further development and implementation of the SEO Strategy (structured optimization, content logic, internal linking)
• KPI tracking & Growth Reporting (CR, AOV, Revenue, CAC Impact, SEO Traffic, Bounce Rate)
• Implementation of improvements directly in the Shopify setup (practical and hands-on)
• Bauing of Automations, to reduce manual tasks (e.g. Shopify Flow, Make/Zapier, Email workflows)
• Use of KI Tools for faster implementation: Content, Analysis, Idea generation, Testing backlog, Product texts, SEO briefings

Qualification

You bring with you

• Strong understanding of E-Commerce Growth & Conversion (Shopify is a plus)
• Data-driven thinking: you work with hypotheses, tests and clear KPIs
• Interest in Automatisierung & operational scaling
• Experience with KI in Marketing/E-Commerce (Content, Analysis, Efficiency)
• Structure, Ownership and high implementation speed
• Very good feeling for UX, Content and Performance
• German or French at a native speaker level (at least one language perfectly)
