Tasks

• Development of comprehensive marketing and funnel strategies for clients
• Analysis of business models, offers, target groups, and customer journeys
• Determination of clear priorities for channels, budgets, and measures
• Steering and professional guidance of SEO-, SEA-, Paid-Ads-, and Content-teams
• Definition and evaluation of relevant KPIs with a focus on effectiveness rather than activity
• Strategic sparring for account management and sales
• Accompaniment of clients in growth, budget, and structural decisions
• No operational implementation of individual channels
• No pure project or task management
• No reporting without significance
• No working based on gut feeling or tool logic

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in online marketing (agency or in-house)
• Very good understanding of SEO, Google Ads, Paid Social, and Content
• Experience with funnels, conversion logic, and performance evaluation
• Able to explain complex relationships clearly
• Entrepreneurial thinking with a focus on effectiveness and efficiency
