At the same time, we are working in our technology department to further develop and expand the Heartbeat software, connecting customers worldwide with the electricity market and offering them the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff possible.

Your Position

In this role, you will take on a central responsibility in the area of Lifecycle Marketing, Automation, and cross-channel customer communication. You will design and optimize our Customer Journeys along all touchpoints and ensure that we reach users at the right time with the right messages.

To your key tasks belong:

• Kampagnenentwicklung & Exekution: Planung, Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung von E-Mail- und Messenger-Marketingkampagnen – from inspiring newsletters to high-personalized journey notifications and transactional emails.
• Content-Entwicklung & Optimierung: Konzeption innovativer Formate, A/B-Testing und kontinuierliche Qualitätsverbesserung unserer Customer Communication inkl. Preference Center.
• Analyse & Reporting: Überwachung aller relevanten KPIs, Erstellung von Reportings sowie Ableitung konkreter Wachstums- und Optimierungsmaßnahmen.
• Automatisierung & Effizienz: Aufbau, Pflege und Optimierung von Marketing-Automationen im CRM oder Tools wie Make.com, N8N oder Zapier zur Skalierung unserer Kampagneneffizienz.
• Koordination & Zusammenarbeit: Enge Abstimmung mit Produkt, Data, CRM, Creative und den Standorten, um konsistente, nutzerzentrierte Kampagnen sicherzustellen.

Your Profile

You are analytically strong, technically skilled, creative, and bring a genuine growth mentality. You work independently, test-driven, and want to actively contribute to a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
What you should bring:

• Studium in Marketing, Kommunikation, Wirtschaft oder vergleichbare Erfahrung
• 3–5 Jahre operative & strategische Erfahrung im Growth- oder Marketing-Automation-Umfeld, idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt E-Mail Marketing
• Erfahrung im End-to-End-Kampagnenmanagement – vom Briefing bis zur Optimierung
• Starke analytische Fähigkeiten sowie sicherer Umgang mit Google Suite, Analytics/Looker, CRM-Systemen, Tracking-Tools und Marketing Automation Tools (z. B. Braze, Make.com, N8N)
• Hohe Motivation, Proaktivität und Ownership – du willst Dinge anstoßen, skalieren und verbessern
• Startup-DNA: pragmatisch, schnell, lösungsorientiert
• Deutsch auf C-Level – Englisch wird nur selten benötigt

• Tiefe Erfahrung mit Automation-Tools wie Make.com, Zapier, N8N
• Know-how im Consent Management & Set-up von Marketing-Automation-Architekturen
• Erfahrung mit Messaging, Chatbots, Funnels & Marketing Automation Platforms (z. B. Heyflow, Charles, Braze)
• Erfahrung mit A/B-Testing, Copywriting & datengetriebenen Experimenten
• Erfahrung im Zentrale–Standort-Setup (Multi-Location Roll-outs)
