Growth Lead (m/w/d)

We make technology for families easy and safe. The Anio watches belong to the most popular children's smartwatches in Europe and enable a great start into elementary school – without smartphone.

We are looking for you as Head of Growth to build and scale our Consumer-Marketing.

Aufgaben

Your Impact as Growth Lead:

You develop together with our founders the overarching marketing and growth strategy for Anio and implement it operationally. You build up our team in Berlin and are responsible for scalable, economically sustainable e-commerce and subscription customer growth.

• Development and implementation of the Anio marketing strategy with a focus on e-commerce
• BUILDING, LEADING AND DEVELOPING A HIGH-PERFORMING MARKETING TEAM AT OUR BERLIN LOCATION
• End-to-end responsibility for the paid marketing budget as well as channels such as Paid Social, Search, Retargeting, Affiliates, YouTube, Display, CRM and SEO to promote our own distribution channels
• Strategic guidance of budget allocation across all channels with a clear focus on growth, efficiency and a healthy LTV:CAC ratio
• SUPPORT FOR OUR B2B SALES PARTNERS (TELECOMMUNICATION COMPANIES AND RETAIL) IN PROMOTING ANIO
• Responsibility for attribution, reporting and analytics – including selection, setup and further development of relevant tools and dashboards
• Definition and prioritization of a clear growth roadmap as well as identification of the most effective growth levers
• Setting goals and KPIs, establishing efficient working methods and continuous team structure development
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH THE CEO ON PRODUCT LAUNCHES, INCLUDING PRIORITIZATION OF TIME, BUDGET AND RESOURCES

Qualifikation

Your Skill-Set:

• Multiple years of experience in a B2C startup or scale-up – ideally with a background in e-commerce
• In-depth expertise in performance marketing across relevant acquisition channels
• Outstanding analytical skills as well as high confidence in interpreting and presenting data
• Sovereignty in handling budgets, forecasts and operational implementation – you think strategically and take action yourself
• The ability to manage multiple topics parallelly in a dynamic startup environment and set clear priorities
• Experience in building, leading and developing teams
• An entrepreneurial, innovation-driven mindset and genuine enthusiasm for working in a startup environment
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills for close, effective collaboration across teams
