Growth Intern (m/w/d)
Job description
About what it's all about
We're building myScribe – a KI-based documentation solution that should free up doctors to focus on what they really studied for: patients. And with myScribe Connect, we'll integrate our solution deep into hospital IT.
Where we are right now
myScribe is already running where the doctors work: On-Prem, in the clinic's IT, at paying customers in the DACH region. Despite this, we release multiple times a week – Continuous Deployment, Fix-Forward, no maintenance drama window. In healthcare? Rather unusual.
But the market is shifting: KI-inference will get expensive, customers are opening up to the cloud, SaaS is coming into focus. To actively shape this change – and everything that's still to come – we're building our core development team right now, which will carry myScribe through the next few years. Be part of it.
Tasks
You'll be the driving force for all things growth at myScribe. You'll build our outbound sales process with us, develop partnerships with clinics and healthcare facilities – and make sure we're visible from the outside. You'll work directly with our Founders Associate and the founders themselves, right at the core of the company.
- Outbound Sales – you'll develop the strategy with us, identify target clinics, and lead initial outreach campaigns independently
- Partner Strategy – you'll research and contact potential partners from the healthcare ecosystem (associations, clinic groups, tech partners)
- Content & Marketing – LinkedIn, website, campaigns: you'll create content that strengthens our brand in the healthcare sector
- Website Collaboration – you'll bring yourself into the rebuild of our website (texts, structure, messaging)
- CRM & Processes – you'll maintain and optimize our HubSpot setup and keep the pipeline clean
- Ad-hoc Projects – whether campaign, event, or new experiment: you'll jump in where growth is needed
Qualification
How we work
We're not a corporate marketing team. We test, iterate, and scale what works – quickly. An idea on Monday, first test by Wednesday. We give you a playground: If you know how we can grow, make it happen. We want people with drive, not those waiting for approvals.
What we're looking for
- Studies related to marketing, business administration, communication, or economics (at least 3rd semester)
- First experiences in B2B marketing, sales, or growth – internships, own projects, side hustles count all
- Knowledge of HubSpot or similar CRM tools a plus
- Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva, Figma, etc.) a plus
- Communication skills in German and English
- Proactive, self-starting work style – you'll find tasks, you won't wait for them
- Pasión for healthcare, SaaS, or startups
What you don't need
A healthcare background. You'll learn that at us. What's more important is that you're excited to dive into a complex domain – and really leave your mark there.
Benefits
What we offer
- A product with meaning – we make the clinic's daily routine measurably better
- Real responsibility from day one – direct collaboration with founders & leadership
- Playground instead of micro-management: your ideas count if they're goal-oriented
- 2,500 € gross/month, hybrid work (Mannheim)
- A glimpse into all areas of a growing healthtech startup
Sounds like you?
Then write us briefly what excites you about myScribe and what you're proud to have worked on recently – CV is enough, no lengthy application necessary.
