As part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented Growth Intern (CRM & Loyalty) to join our dynamic team! As the ideal candidate for this role, you will be responsible for supporting our CRM and loyalty programs, analyzing data to drive business decisions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing strategies. Your responsibilities will include: • Developing and implementing a comprehensive CRM strategy that drives customer engagement and retention; • Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth; • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop targeted campaigns that drive sales and loyalty; • Providing insights and recommendations to senior management on CRM and loyalty program performance; • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CRM and loyalty.
