Growth Hacker

We are seeking a highly creative, independent, and results-oriented Growth Hacker to join FusionHit. This role focuses on accelerating our growth by designing, testing, and scaling innovative strategies across marketing, sales, and product channels. The right candidate combines analytical skills, digital marketing expertise, and an entrepreneurial mindset to drive measurable results. Location: Must reside and have work authorization in Latin America. Availability: Must be available to work with our team in a flexible schedule, with a minimum of 20 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Latin American market and be able to develop and execute a growth strategy that drives results. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and executing a growth strategy that drives results, • Conducting market research and analyzing data to inform growth decisions, • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing campaigns, • Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, • Providing regular progress reports and insights to stakeholders. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in growth hacking, digital marketing, or a related field, • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, • Strong understanding of the Latin American market and its trends, • Ability to develop and execute a growth strategy that drives results.
