acemate develops the leading AI-learning and teaching platform for universities. We have strong momentum, our first funding round is completed, and we are standing before an exciting growth phase. Therefore, we are looking for a entrepreneurial-thinking generalist as Growth / Go-To-Market (GTM) Manager, who will further accelerate our growth.

Founded less than a year ago, acemate is already Germany's leading AI-learning platform for universities and further education institutions. Renowned institutions in four countries are relying on us – including the University of Cologne, WHU, and the German Industry and Trade Association (DIHK).

• Emile (Fullstack): Ex-founder with product & AI experience, ETH alumnus – passionate runner
• Anas (Fullstack): TypeScript specialist, functional programming fan – our chief photographer
• Rohit (Fullstack): Specialist in modern large-scale web architecture, escape room explorer
• Ammar (Fullstack): Ex-founder with webdev and blockchain experience, a learning violinist

Our office is located in Berlin-Mitte. We value personal collaboration, are realistic about commute times, and therefore also offer flexible working options.

Tasks

Your Role

As Growth / GTM Manager, you will work directly with Antong (CEO) and Paul (CPO) on strategic and operational key issues – from strategy and sales to marketing, product, operations, and growth. Your tasks will develop dynamically, and you will take over responsibility from day one.

Your Tasks:

• Strategic Initiatives: Drive market expansion and pricing, partnerships
• B2B Processes: Design our processes from lead qualification to sales strategy
• Data in Action: Analyze product usage and user behavior, identify growth drivers, and optimize monetization

• Relevant Experience: Startup, consulting, go-to-market, growth, or comparable dynamic environment
• Strategic & Hands-on: You see the big picture and are just as happy to operate practically
• Analytical Thinking: Numbers, structured analysis, and data-based decisions lie with you
• Communicative: Fluent in German & English, sovereign in conversation with users, customers, and decision-makers
• Persistent: You don't settle for the minimum when it counts
• Ai-Native: You integrate AI into all your workflows without outsourcing thinking
