Growth & Engagement Specialist

We are looking for a highly organized and consumer-focused professional to join our Growth team. This role is responsible for creating and coordinating customer experiences that drive acquisition, engagement, and retention. Acting as a connector between CRM, Product and Marketing teams, this person will ensure that communications, events, benefits, and activations are aligned with our brand and deliver a superior experience to our customers.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and coordinate customer experiences, events, and benefits that enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Collaborate with VIP, CRM, and Marketing teams to ensure consistent and impactful customer communication.
• Bring the customer perspective into every initiative, ensuring brand experiences are relevant and engaging.
• Act as a bridge across teams, aligning initiatives with Sportingbet’s brand positioning.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and cross-team alignment.
• Work closely with Data teams to define success metrics, track performance, and generate insights to continuously improve customer experiences.
