Growth & Demand Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

You ensure that real demand arises from marketing.

As a Growth & Demand Marketing Manager (m/f/d) you are part of our Growth Marketing team at the Windhoff Group. Your task: to build campaigns in a structured way, develop qualified leads and, together with content, campaign and marketing operations teams, connect marketing measures along the customer journey.
Become part of the Windhoff team at the Gescher location.
Tasks
Place of work:
- You develop demand and go-to-market approaches for our Competence Centers and ensure that our services are visible to the right target groups.
- You build a qualified lead pipeline and continuously develop digital and hybrid marketing measures.
- You structure and prioritize marketing activities with a view to lead volume, conversion, and pipeline contribution.
- You analyze marketing funnels along the customer journey and optimize conversion paths based on data.
- You develop and test growth experiments - for example, in target group targeting, messaging, landing pages or campaign structures.
- Together with content and campaign marketing, you design demand formats such as webinars, online events or thematic event series.
- You analyze marketing KPIs, build a growth reporting system, and continuously develop existing demand channels and new lead sources.
Qualification
- At least 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, ideally in a technology-oriented or consulting-related environment.
- Experience in building and optimizing lead funnels as well as demand or growth marketing initiatives.
- A good understanding of data-driven marketing and performance-oriented campaigns.
- Analytical thinking as well as a confident handling of marketing KPIs and reporting.
- A structured, self-responsible way of working and the pleasure of actively driving things forward.
- Experience with marketing automation or CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working with sales, departments and the marketing team.
