Growth Associate Intern - Product Management for Climate Control & Heat Pumps (m/w/d)

We make modern climate control and heat pump systems quickly, easily, and affordably accessible. Behind a good product offering lies more than just a shopping list – it lies in a deep understanding of what customers really need, what the market gives, and how it all comes together. That's your playground.

Tasks

• You systematically analyze customer feedback, returns, and support requests – and translate that into concrete improvements in product selection, descriptions, and processes.
• You analyze our existing product range – what's working, what's not, and why – and lead to recommendations for product decisions.
• You monitor the market: competitors, new models, price movements, funding guidelines – and keep us up to date.
• You work on product pages, technical descriptions, and comparison content – with a focus on clarity and conversion.
• You coordinate between procurement, marketing, and technology – and ensure that new products are properly introduced.
• You bring in your own product ideas – and follow up on what happens.

Qualification

• You are studying business administration, economics, product management, energy technology, or something similar – or have acquired the topic in another way.
• You think structured: What are the facts? What follows from that? What do you recommend?
• First experience in dealing with product data, market research, or technical content – whether in your studies, side projects, or job.
• Basic technical understanding of climate control systems or heat pumps – or the genuine willingness to quickly learn.
• Very good German in writing and speaking; English for supplier communication is advantageous.
• Nice to have: Knowledge of Excel/Sheets, PIM systems, or e-commerce backends (e.g. Shopify).
• Nice to have: Interest in energy transition, funding (BAFA, KfW) or technical building equipment.
