Growth Associate Intern - Marketing (m/w/d)

We make modern climate control and heating solutions quickly, easily, and affordably accessible at Eneto. We're growing – and our marketing is growing with it. You want to not just watch how growth works, but actually take the reins, start experiments, and see what comes of it? Then you're in the right place.

Tasks

• You actively support our growth initiatives – from the idea to the test to the evaluation.
• You work on SEO, paid campaigns, email flows, customer journey, and social media – depending on where the biggest levers are.
• You research competitors, target groups, and channels – and lead concrete recommendations from that.
• You bring in your own ideas, test them – and see directly what comes of it.

Qualification

You're studying business administration, marketing, communication, business informatics, or something similar – or you've taken a different path that brought you here.

• First experiences with digital marketing – whether through your own projects or side jobs.
• You think in numbers: What does it bring? Why? What are we testing next?
• High self-initiative – you don't wait for tasks, but see yourself what's needed.
• Very good German in writing and speaking.
• Nice to have: Experience with tools like Make.com, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, Semrush, or similar.
• Nice to have: Interest in energy or climate technology.
