As a Grower Liaison Jr., you will be responsible for building strong relationships with our grower partners, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their needs are met. Responsibilities: • Build and maintain strong relationships with grower partners through regular communication and site visits. • Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring that our growers receive timely and accurate information. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure that grower needs are met and that our products are delivered on time and in good condition. • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products, including their features, benefits, and applications. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or a related field. • 1-2 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or a related field. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
