Opportunity Summary by Joinrs AI: Hilti is seeking young graduates with a Master's degree in Economics (Finance) or Management Engineering for the GROW@Hilti – Finance Track program, a two-and-a-half-year development path aimed at preparing managers through practical experience and responsibility from day one. Candidates will work in diverse roles across finance, accounting, management control, and credit. The expected gross annual salary is €31,500 + €5,500 MBO with a permanent contract and numerous benefits, including insurance, continuous training, company car, and phone.



The selection process will be entirely managed by Hilti.

GROW@Hilti is a unique development program that prepares participants for managerial roles by placing them at the center of our customer-oriented business model. The two-year path includes rotations in operational and strategic roles within the Finance sector, including Account Manager, FP&A, Credit Trainee, and Controlling Trainee.



The program is divided into two main options:



  • Option 1: 18 months in commercial roles followed by 12 months in financial functions;
  • Option 2: 12 months as an Accounting Specialist, 6 months on a strategic project, 12 months in specialized financial roles.


Key requirements:



  • Master's degree in Economics (Finance) or Management Engineering;
  • Flexibility, communication skills, and propensity for teamwork;
  • Willingness for international mobility;
  • Driving license for at least one year (for option 1);
  • Preferably a maximum of 2 years of professional experience.
