Groups & Events Coordinator - Meliá Calvià Beach Resort - (Islas Baleares)

Companies: Meliá Hotels International Mission of the position: You will be responsible for coordinating, managing and supervising groups and events from their confirmation to their execution, ensuring that each project develops according to the excellence standards of Meliá. Your mission is to ensure that each experience is unique, fluid and memorable for our clients, reflecting the hospitality and warmth that characterize us. What you will have to do? Manage group and event requests, ensuring that all necessary information is obtained and processed in a timely manner. Coordinate with internal departments to guarantee the successful execution of events. Ensure that all logistical aspects are taken care of, from catering to audiovisual equipment. Develop and maintain relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Monitor and control expenses related to events, ensuring that they are within budget. Provide exceptional customer service to our clients, responding promptly to their requests and resolving any issues that may arise. Ensure that all events are executed in accordance with Meliá's quality standards and policies.
