Groups Benefits Senior Rep & Service Manager

A well-established and respected financial services organisation is seeking an experienced Group Benefits Senior Representative & Service Manager to join its Employee Benefits division. This role is ideal for a client-focused professional with strong technical knowledge of group risk, retirement funds, medical aid, and employee benefits administration. : Relevant qualification in Finance, Employee Benefits, Business Administration, or a related field. RE5 qualification advantageous. Minimum 5 years' experience in the financial services industry, preferably in an employee benefits or insurance environment. Strong understanding of group life assurance, group income protection, group personal accident, and group disability cover. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems an advantage.
