Group Reporting Manager

A PE-backed software company seeks a qualified accountant to join them as Group Reporting Manager. Your new company Our client is a PE-backed software business that operates in over 25 countries around the world. Your new role Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, this role plays a pivotal part in strengthening the group’s financial reporting and control environment in preparation for a potential exit event within the next 12–18 months. Core responsibilities include leading a small finance team, managing and coordinating the preparation of consolidated financial statements, performing financial analysis and providing insights to support business decision-making, identifying and mitigating risks associated with financial reporting, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulatory requirements, and collaborating with other departments to drive process improvements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, experience working in a similar role, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
