Group Marketing Manager- Africa Health Care Head Office

Posted: 2026-02-11, Closing: 2026-02-25 Location: Gauteng, Roodepoort Description A vacancy exists for a Group Marketing Manager at Africa Health Care Head Office, reporting to the Group Chief Operations Officer . The purpose of this position is to manage the marketing and communications function for Africa Health Care Group internally and externally with key focus on growing occupancies, revenue and profitability; and to be the custodian of the Africa Health Care brand whilst promoting and growing the business. Key responsibilities will include: Developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with the overall business objectives; Managing and coordinating all marketing activities including advertising, public relations, events, and digital marketing; Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and suppliers; Providing strategic input to the Group Chief Operations Officer on marketing initiatives and campaigns; Collaborating with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of marketing efforts; Developing and managing budgets for marketing initiatives and campaigns; Monitoring and reporting on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field, 5-7 years' experience in a similar role, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
