Group Leader HR-Digital & Transformation

Job Description Together with your team, you will take on the strategic responsibility for the digital development of our HR systems, be in close exchange with the IT department and shape the future of our People & Culture processes actively. You drive the steering and optimization of HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle – with foresight on sustainable end-to-end workflows and thus systemic requirements. You develop digital and automated solutions to streamline HR processes, optimize employee data management, and create a seamless user experience for all stakeholders. Your tasks will include developing and implementing HR strategies, designing and implementing HR systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. You will also be responsible for managing and leading a team of HR professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of HR initiatives. In addition, you will work closely with other departments, such as IT, Finance, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration and alignment of HR processes with overall business objectives. Your expertise in HR digitalization, transformation, and process optimization is essential for driving innovation and improving employee experience.
