Tasks - Self-execution of montage assignments according to defined processes in German-speaking Switzerland - Responsibility for schedules, costs, quality, and daily reporting on the construction site - Planning and coordination of the deployment of mounters and subcontractors on-site - Organization of construction logistics, material delivery, and scaffolding (e.g. cranes, lifting equipment) - Ensuring compliance with all occupational health and safety regulations - Careful handling of the montage vehicle and responsibility for its condition

Profile - Several years of professional and leadership experience on large construction sites in metal construction or related fields - Outstanding technical understanding and very good organizational skills - High spatial imagination and structured work style - Team player, reliable, flexible, and responsible - Very good German language skills in writing and speaking - Secure handling of common MS Office applications - Driver's license category B is mandatory, BE is advantageous
