Tasks - Leadership and professional guidance of an engaged care team & Planning and coordination of care processes within the group
Ensuring high-quality care and resident satisfaction
Coaching and development of staff members
Interdisciplinary collaboration with relatives, doctors, and other specialists
Profile - Diploma in Nursing or equivalent recognized education & Leadership experience in a similar function (mandatory) & High social competence, empathy, and organizational skills & Enjoy working with elderly people & Ability to handle stress
