Group Leader Formulation

Role Purpose To lead formulation R&D, drive innovation and commercialization of agrochemical products, and ensure efficient scale-up and technology transfer while managing teams and delivering projects aligned with business strategy. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership : Lead formulation R&D programs, aligning projects with business priorities and market needs. Innovation & NPD : Drive development of differentiated agrochemical formulations (EC, SC, WG, OD, etc.) to enhance portfolio competitiveness. Ensure effective collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Research, Development, Manufacturing, and Commercialization. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to deliver high-quality results. Technology Transfer : Facilitate efficient scale-up and technology transfer of new formulations to manufacturing sites, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards. Team Management : Lead and manage a team of scientists and engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to drive individual and team performance. Project Delivery : Deliver projects aligned with business strategy, meeting project timelines, budgets, and resource constraints. Business Acumen : Demonstrate understanding of the agrochemical industry, market trends, and competitor activity to inform formulation R&D priorities and strategies. Stakeholder Management : Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including internal teams, customers, and partners, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
